About us
The company FTC-GSEZ was established on January 17, 2014 as a legal entity with full juridical personality. At its inception, the company's core business was forest exploitation and wood processing.
On August 6, 2018, FTC-GSEZ underwent changes in both management and shareholding structure while retaining the same company name. The company is now led by Mrs. Jin Sook KIM (WANG), a Korean national. At the same time, FTC-GSEZ changed its status from a Limited Liability Company (SARL) to a Single-Member Limited Liability Company (SARLU), while maintaining the same core business of forest exploitation and wood processing.
